What guests loved:

The mattress was very comfortable. Everything in the deluxe room was very clean and modern. The staff, especially Noha, are very nice and thoughtful. Noha made me feel very welcome.

Areas for improvement:

There is a large gap under the door, so noise comes in from the hallway.

the hostel is in a good location in downtown, accessible to many things. Noha, the staff, was responsive and helpful all the time. the room was clean and had air conditioning.
